Hannah Peart
Hannah decided at age eight that she wanted to be a nurse in the developing world. She went to school and became a Registered Nurse, but while that gave her a great level of expertise, she knew she needed to learn to apply that on the field. She studied on YWAM’s Introductory to Primary Health Care School and is now the Medical Coordinator for YWAM’s Medical Ship serving in Papua New Guinea. Hannah works with the PNG Department of Health and village workers on the ground delivering thousands of health and community development services and helping many in great need.
Michael Murray
Mike is a professional musician with a passion to use music to help the disadvantaged. During his seven years of travelling, training and serving with YWAM, Mike not only honed his music skills, but also had the opportunity to reach out to people dying of AIDS in Papua New Guinea, victims of sex trafficking in Thailand, and Aussie youth struggling with depression. The time and education he received through YWAM provided a platform to share with others about the needs around the world.
Jessica Murray
Jessica is passionate about people, especially those who are caught in injustice. With a caring and compassionate heart, she served hands on for many years with YWAM. In the background, she had opportunity to use her prior education in building design to help shape and create YWAM’s work and living spaces. This hands on experience helped her learn to think implicationally and cross culturally and today she works with a not for profit architecture firm where she is designing building projects to assist the disadvantaged around the globe.
Dave & Hayley Saxby
Dave & Hayley had a heart for victims of human trafficking in Camboida. They desired to have some training and equipping before they went and did YWAM’s Not For Sale DTS. This took them to Cambodia and helped prepare them for a long term work which they are now pioneering.
