Getting outdoors for a little while is always good. Spending two weeks in God's creation, encountering Him, surrounded by close friends is epic!
As part of your DTS you will spend fourteen days in the Australian Bush. Having nature as a classroom brings you a little bit closer to God. With starry night skies, worship around the fire, and time to build life-long friendships, it is no wonder that camping is a highlight.
You'll also get to visit the Billabong Animal Sanctuary. Have a camera handy because this is where you get up close and personal with some of Australia's most unique animals. Koalas, wombats, kangaroos, and even snakes. If you're brave enough, you can hold one!
