God’s intention has always been for the whole person – body, soul, and spirit.

His heart breaks for those who have not yet heard the hope of life in Jesus, just as it breaks for the mother holding her baby whose tiny body is riddled with disease. Together we will spend time in God’s word and in prayer and intercession so that we can hear and embrace his heart for people. When we have God’s heart, we are “moved with compassion” to help people like Jesus did all throughout the gospels. Health care without God’s heart lacks depth. But as we gain the heart of God for those who are sick, wounded, hurting, dying, and lost… we can learn to bring the “care” of the Father into the centre of our health care.
