Do you consider yourself a leader and have a desire to make your life count? Interesting question, you may say yes or you may be unsure. The Staff Leadership Internship (SLI) is for people with a desire to grow in their leadership or are proven leaders and want to use their abilites in the midst of a caring vibrant youth ministry!

The Internship will give you a variety of opportunities to grow in your faith while using your practical skills, opportunities range from staffing schools, working in community life, youth ministries, community engagment and base operations.

The first step in this stream is the completion of a Discipleship Training School.

The best part about doing the SLI is that it doesn't stop here. Once you have completed the Staff Leadership Internship you can continue on with Reef to Outback in a variety of ministry and outreach opportunities giving you a broad exposure to ministry. The SLI is excellent preparation for the next step within YWAM or beyond!
