- God has given me a heart for youth and southern California. I have worked full-time at a church in youth ministry... I've been there for about two years and my time will be closing out in August. I have been given amazing opportunities to work with students in the church setting... focusing on discipleship and missions mostly. I have absolutely loved it. I recently started a new job with the nonprofit Life Without Limbs (www.lifewithoutlimbs.org). I am excited to see what God has planned for this next period and how he will interweave my experiences, as He seems to always do. My time at RTO changed me greatly and launched me even more into what God has called me to. :o)

Base life is going well. Did you hear we are getting a medical ship and doing a tour in 2010? That is kind of big news for us. Not just because its a new outlet but because it provides opportunity for so much more... like starting more Youth Street centres, playing more shows, Voice in the Dark type stuff, etc. We are so pumped.
This week, we sent out the outreach teams, but the E. Timor and Palm Island teams couldn't get there because of some crazy rains. Hopefully they'll leave today and tomorrow!!
