well its been about 9 months since i went camping on my dts and i found myself cooking on the january camping. it was a pretty cool experience for me.
Ok well here is an update on what has been happening in my life here at RTO for the last month or so. Well 2 weeks ago I went camping with the Jan DTS for 2 weeks to be their cook. It was a really steep learning curve having only been in the kitchen here for a month or so and then having to cook for 50 on barbeques and stuff which was interesting… Continue

camping
Camping was incredible! We enjoyed all aspects of nature including hole-in-the-ground toilets, bathing in a creek, a two meter python, large spiders, and ticks and leeches! We lived in tents, did laundry in buckets (those of us who DID laundry that is), roasted marshmallows over the campfire, and used a rope swing at a nearby waterhole.
As always though, camping is about much more than just having a bit of fun. We met with God in a powerful way and grew in our understanding as well as our relat… Continue
