Sorry for the delayed response. I just got back from the US and visiting my family. I will send you all the stuff for applying for your visa sometime this week. We will give you all the things you need.
I will resend you the email and Blue Card application too. It is basically so you can work with minors, like during Youth Street and on outreach. But it takes 6 weeks to process that application, that is why we are getting a jump on it! :)
