yeah my step brother is living there with his girlfriend who is doing a phd in marine biology , with a specialism of sharks!=] and yeah its amazing that he lives so close, has just helped everything fall into place!
yeah 11 miles is about 16K and half marthon is 13 miles/21K! but currently I have injured my shin and I have shin splints which is painful! so may not be able to run the race... been off running for 2 weeks! it sucks =[
prayer would be much appreciated :)

my step sister has moved from newfoundland to BC now tho...

I sprained my ankle pretty badly the day before the camp for the Lethbridge Hurricanes, and the Rocket's camp was after that...
when are you flying out by the way? I'm getting there pretty early, Friday at 4 to be exact.
Um, yeah, I'm on staff here. I work in communications, the main part of what I've been doing for the last little while is working on the web site and other web stuff. I also do a school program on Tuesdays and help out with Youth Street on the weekends. Oh, and I've been on staff since July '08, which was straight after my Schoo Of Music in Missions.

Nah Im flying to Cairns and staying with my step brother (he's from toronto) for a couple of days, and then he is gunna drive us to townsville as he lives like a minute away from the rto base! - how cool is that?!
Yeah this is the first time Ive ran a half marathon, been doing my training so should be ok! I ran 11 miles the other day, and that was pretty easy! :)
Sweet sounds good, yeah Im going to be mainly working and seeing friends... going camping at a huge christian event called soul survivor in 2weeks which should be great! Also my parents are moving so Ill be living with some close friends during september!
