I have been revisiting the site quite frequently in the past month and become really interested in doing a DTS. I'm thinking about doing one next January or April, and just want to learn more about it. :) I have a mission trip coming up in July to Zimbabwe to serve in an orphanage and share the Gospel with HIV positive people who are rejected in the local community. It will be my fourth time to Africa. I'm really interested in doing something new and different, and I think YWAM is a good place for that! How have you been involved in YWAM? Nice to meet you, Aaron!

I've heard all their stories and even when I thought of other ideas for this coming fall, I'd always fall back to doing YWAM, so here I am! I had explored quite a few bases, but my friend came across this one and it just felt right! I'm getting very excited!

I didnt know what YWAM was, so I asked and never got a responce, so I went searching. The more I read about it the more I wanted to be part of it and see where God will take me. I have been praying that God makes me His desciple and mold me into the person I am supposed to be, and so when I learned more about YWAM the more God tugged at my heart and told me this is what I will be doing.

I am so excied and encouraged to see where God will take me and to see what kind of transformation will take place in my life. I am so thankful and blessed to have this opportunity.

I am counting down the days for July....... :)
